A commercial license is available for proprietary embedding, SaaS, and enterprise deployments.

Do You Need a Commercial License?

No license needed if you:
  • Use our tools locally as developer utilities for your own codebase
  • Run them internally within your organization without distributing them
  • Are working on an open-source project compatible with AGPL-3.0
  • Are an independent developer, student, or researcher
A license is required if you:
  • Embed or integrate our tools into a proprietary or closed-source product
  • Offer them as part of a commercial SaaS platform or service
  • Distribute them as part of a commercial product without releasing your modifications under AGPL-3.0
  • Your organization's legal or compliance policy prohibits AGPL-3.0 software
